Bench-top Common Rail System

A popular requirement is for a simple bench-top common rail system that is relatively easy to build up at reasonable cost. The images on this page show such a system that was built for use by one of the National Laboratories, and the work also involved the design of a special pressure chamber to look at specific aspects of the fuel spray.

This is a self-contained and free-standing system for a light duty application in this case that is safe and quiet in operation. Most parts are off the shelf, and those that are not are simple to fabricate.

If you need something like this for a project, you may contact me for a full set of plans and the Bill of Materials, or I can build such a system for you.
